Cancellation Policy

Cancelation policy is as follows as of Oct 2nd 2024 and going foward: *Please cancel any appointments at least 24hr prior to your start time. (Allows me to adjust my schedule as needed when able). *New clients that do not show their 1st appointment will be charged 100% of their appointment total to cover the time I lost. Non transferable to a new appointment and non refundable. It pays for my time. *Past clients who have no show are now required to prepay their appointments and no longer can book in advance more than 1 appointment. Non refundable but is transferable with 24-hour notice given we can change the date. My time in the shop is limited. I'm very busy, and I want my time used well and available to offer my clients who show up consistently when I'm at the studio or who value my time enough to reach out and cancel! So please cancel if you can not make an appointment. If you want an appointment and need to prepay please message me and I can do that over the phone. (Prepaying your appointment only covers a base appointment price. Additional fees for art, extras or gratuities/tips will be due at end of service.)
